We are looking for quality candidates to join our team of Telephone Debt Collectors. You will be trained to use inbound and outbound technology in our call centre and to take a proactive approach in negotiating sustainable payment agreements.
You will need to be energetic, have good IT and communication skills, a strong focus on achieving results and be able to work shifts covering 8.00 am - 8.00 pm and 8.00 am – 1.00 pm on Saturdays. You will work in an environment that is professional and friendly and be rewarded for your own success. In return we offer a competative salary plus the ability to earn bonuses related to personal and corporate performance.
